"Mr. Khalid at reception was very good, he did check-in process very smoothly. Housekeeping and maintenance staff are also good. They attended the complain on time."

Security guy at basement parking is always saying it is full or it is very late now which doesn’t make sense, even we have parking permit from reception. They need to change the behaviour.

Les ustensiles de cuisine sont l'imiter. + d'ustensiles de cuisine serait très bien. Pour ce qui n'ont pas de voiture l'immeuble est dans une pente rede.

The staff mentioned they can’t add extra stars because there’s no pool, but honestly, who needs one when you have the stunning Red Sea right at your doorstep? Everything about this place is impressive: the cleanliness, the rooms, the décor, and the thoughtful touches throughout. It truly feels more luxurious than many higher-rated hotels we’ve visited.
