"We spent a week in Iceland and stayed in different locations throughout. Kosy Vik was by far our favorite. Our host was amazing, so friendly and kind. The space was just what we needed, and the location was perfect! Kosy Vik was able to accommodate us when the weather prevented safe travel back to Reykjavik. Hrund checked on us often, offering homemade treats, making recommendations of food and activities. It was truly a pleasure. Our next visit to Iceland will definitely include a stay at Kosy Vik"

"The room was quite large and comfortable. The location and building was very relaxing. Definitely take advantage of the bikes and ride around the neighborhood. There is a great supermarket and a couple of awesome restaurants close by. The host was very kind!"

It is quite far from the city. So if you want to be in the city, then this is not the place to be. For one of the breakfasts, we got a big box of cookies and a banana. It would’ve been nice if we got some real food.

There was a pee smell. Probably, from a prior guest. However, the place seemed very clean besides the smell.

"Perfect for a night before flying out from the international airport. The bed was very confortable"

"Roomy, bright, immaculately clean. Bulbul and her family were welcoming, helpful at every turn. They provided a delicious and hearty breakfast. We were treated to beautiful dombra music and the harmonious voices of family friends in a small concert the first evening."

"It was a comfortable stay. It is an apartment room . Not a hotel , you deal with owner through whtsap . He arranged the door opening and keys and from there you are on your stay. For short stay ,, it is very convient"

"Hosts were super friendly, very helpful and kind. Silvio gave me a ride back to airport when I arrived and needed to pick up my partner (we traveled separately there). The house and the room were nice and clean, huge fridge and well equipped kitchen for the guests to use. Netflix with guest account in the room was a nice extra. Big terrace with sunbeds. The location itself was lovely, locals were friendly and helpful as well. Airport is very close, 40 mins walk or 6 mins with the car."

I know it's not the hosts fault, because there was an issue with the pool due the construction works in the neighborhood the time we're staying there and we couldn't use it. Would have been nice, because the pool itself is pretty big.

We didn't expect that "shared kitchen" means that the host is actually living and sleeping at the kitchen, but as we stayed for one night it was not a problem.

"I just liked it because it was neat, modern and comfortable (Spacious & Private)."

The shower and kitchen taps were taking a bit long to warm up. The bathtub hot water tap worked properly.

"I enjoyed the stay here, thanks to the friendly and welcoming people and encounters with authentic lakeside life. The local style food was a highlight, especially the grilled butterfish from Lake Malawi, which was cooked perfectly right in front of my eyes. I really appreciated the clear instructions for arriving by public transport — getting there from Lilongwe turned out to be an interesting local experience in itself and made the journey feel much more connected to everyday Malawi life. While the property itself has - as the name says - a mainstream design and does not strongly reflect local character, there are plenty of authentic places to explore nearby. With the help of a local motorbike driver, I visited Lifuwu fishing village, which was lively, genuine and worth seeing. Overall, a comfortable lakeside stay with good food, helpful staff and great opportunities to get to know real Malawi just beyond the property!"

"I've had the most amazing and warmest welcome anyone could dream of , mama mireka is such a beautiful human , so kind and caring Her son engi and her daughter in law were so considerate and kind , brought me some breakfast and drove me to the airport as well as helped me sort out some issues I had with the airlines And they kept checking on me until I landed in my next destination The place was really nice and spacious and had all what one needs ... Highly recommend"

"#1 - Maryann is the BEST! Her rooms are clean and the place is so welcoming. It is located up in the mountains, so the nights are cool. It’s also right on a bus route so you can get anywhere on the island by bus. She gave me great ideas and I went to most of the places she suggested. I look forward to returning."

No screens on the windows

"Everything! The host Mishko was there all the time, on call for everything. We're more than glad that he and his wife waited and assisted with the directions even though we arrived after 10 pm. The house is on the beach, in a quiet neighborhood-terrific if you want to relax. The view of the lake can not be described with words. There is a market at the next street open on Sunday. The place is worth more than the price."

Not really any downside about the accommodation. A car is needed as you cant really walk from there into town, but there is on-site parking and taxi services.

"I haven't eaten so can't comment in breakfast and such. I had to cook my own food for dinner, which is fine. REALLY nice kitchen and good Vibes..it's so peaceful and wonderful here. amazing breathe inside of a city. so grateful he has created this sacred space 🙏"

I have not much to say negative at all

I slept in the loft which was a little hot and stuffy. My mums slept downstairs The tariff was expensive.

"The host and her granddaughter who helped with my stay were amazing. The host picked me up in the city and brought me to St Marys and again to the airport in the morning. The traffic was terrible leaving Quito, I felt sorry for the host dealing with it. I was a little concerned that the dogs and other guests might continue making noise throughout the night but that wasn't the case. You are certainly aware of your proximity to the airport as you can hear planes over head. The 'village' is spotlessly clean and well maintained."

I wish there gad been an option to pay with credit card, but I get it.

"Henrique and his wife are great people including his workers. Great attention to detail. My wife and I always looked forward to breakfast. I'm not surprised they're so highly regarded on booking.com. Great job. Keep it up."

Can't fault them on anything.

"中式早餐以稀飯為主食，另有吐司果醬可以選擇，豐富配菜及紅烏龍茶飲、鮮奶，吃到飽。 民宿最棒的就是提供洗衣機、烘乾機，讓出外多天的旅人可以清洗一些髒衣服，超方便的、大推；房間面窗可看到花東縱谷美景，距離鹿野高台車程10分鐘很近，地點絕佳，民宿還免費出借腳踏車可以漫遊鹿野，可惜這次來不及使用到。 入住前最擔心的吃飯問題，民宿附近有草仔粿、紅豆餅(下午)，晚餐可以吃附近路口轉彎處的猛爸爸快炒，或到鹿野車站旁吃合菜，都不踩雷、好吃。"
