The view, the location, but mostly importantly the friendliness and accommodation of the host.

"Couple managing it were very helpful and very friendly. Beautiful building. Very light and airy. Small evening menu available which was tasty and beautifully cooked. Useful as it is about a mile to the cidade velha . Breakfast was omelette, + ham & cheeses, coffee and bread/toast. Fabulous home made juice/smoothy"

Its a new venture and the young couple are learning as they go. Not all advertised facilities are available yet.

"My stay at this apartment was just amazing! It’s fully furnished, very modern, super cozy and really bright, which gives such a nice and relaxing vibe from the moment you walk in. You can see that every detail was carefully thought out. The place is very tech-friendly, with lots of things controlled by remote, easy access and very safe. There’s security at the entrance all the time, which made me feel really comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The pool is fantastic, I spent a lot of time there just enjoying it. The house is fully equipped, it literally has everything! Many times I felt like I was in a hotel, but with the comfort and privacy of a home. For me, it’s honestly the best place to stay in Praia: safe, beautiful, modern and comfortable."

The only thing that could have been better is that there was no basic welcome items in the fridge. It would’ve been nice to have at least some essentials, but everything else was amazing!

"Little hotel on top of the hill, a 5-10 mins walking distance to the centre of Nova Sintra. A little old, but functional. The bedroom/studio was large, had a fridge. Good breakfast every morning, with local products. Staff friendly and helpful, with lots of suggestions."

The 'juice' at breakfast was very sugary and had fake taste. The room was missing spaces to hang clothes, towels etc to dry, as it's a humid location. Some items need fixing, replacing (ie. window mosquito nets with holes, loud squeaky bathroom door)
