"Perfect location—close to the airport and right by a calm, beautiful beach. Spacious, lovely pool and a fun water park for the kids. Plenty of beach and pool bars for snacks and drinks. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!"

The hotel location, facilities, amenities, restaurants, quality, variety of food and beverages, cleanness, services, activities, spa, clubs, loanges, bars, and lounges and entertainments were outstanding. The whole staff, including the management team, at reception, in all restaurants, in spa, in bars & lounges, in clubs, guests relation team, house keepers, etc were so super friendly, helpful, supportive and cooperative with outstanding behavior and entertaining. "Breakast was amazing. Staff were lovely and helpful - especially bar man Thanos who was so kind and welcoming to us. We received complimentary snacks and treats on several days which was very kind. Pool facilities were great - although often hard to find a bed to lounge on. Room was luxurious and mountain view was beautiful. Entertainment was great and water park was a lot of fun. Location between old rhodes town and Faliraki was ideal with easy bus link whoch were cheap and regular. Would highly recommend!"

"Some staff were not helpful - such as the head of all the bars who was rude to us and kep us hostage when trying to buy a drink and the menu price did not match the till price so he kept us at the bar for 20 mins just to receive the 2 euro difference from us."

"Given key and no directions given room 1001 Had to go back and ask where our room was Bar staff not very keen on serving . More interested standing at the bar chatting Cleaners take no notice of a do not disturb and walk in regardless Had access to executive lounge. Waitress phoned reception to see if we were eligible. Made us feel very unwelcome . She gave us tea and no milk and left the room. I went behind the bar to get milk and a yoghurt that was in the chiller. Very disappointing experience"
