"Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. They provided us with helpful info on bus schedules and restaurants, had coffee and filtered water to help yourself to. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The roof was really lovely especially for sunset, and the location was really great for getting to the bus stop, ferry, and downtown/waterfront areas."

"The location was perfect, near sights, shops, restaurants and about 10 minutes walk to port. The room had good size fridge, even usable freezing compartment. We had the budget room, it was small but good use of space, even had table and chairs. Good wifi, airco and spotlessly clean."

"I stayed here during my solo trip to Syros, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located. Fotis, the owner, is incredibly sweet and helpful. He made me feel truly welcome. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Syros. In fact, I might come back just to stay here again! :)"

"Great location. Walking distance to the port, to the famous town hall, to the Apollon theatre and Saint Nicholas church . Lots of nearby cafes , restaurants, bars and shops. The owner is lovely . Very helpful. He upgraded me to a really nice room without me asking ( room 32). He even allowed me to store my luggage when I returned from Mykonos and had to spend some time in Syros before my ferry departs to Kos. I definitely will come back ."

"Affordable and centrally located accommodation, relatively close to the most important spots in Ermoupoli. It's not far from the port, so it's easy 5 minutes walk. There is a nice terrace on the top of the building."

"Room was strangely placed in the building, so I had zero privacy. My window was directed to the balcony which other guests used to get to their rooms. Air condition wasn't working properly (it's not maintained regularly so it produced unpleasant moldy smell) so I had to keep my window open because room was on the sunny side and was quite hot."

"I can't be more thankfull for the understanding and kindness of the owner for my sick cat I had with me. I haven't been to any so pet-friendly rooms. The cleaning staff was also super kind and helpful. Last but not least, perfect location, clean, nice beds, and very importantly good communication."

"The property is perfectly located in a quiet, pedestrianised area of the town with easy access on foot to all amenities (shops, cafes & tavernas - 2/3 mins, Town Hall/Miaouli Square - 10 mins, bus station/port - 15 mins). Pleasant room which was spotlessly clean (and cleaned each day of my 5 night stay). Plenty of hot water, good wi-fi, A/C & TV (not used). Small balcony with table & chairs overlooking the garden & side street. I'd stay again without hesitation."

"At this price-point, unfair to be overly critical but if pressed, minor gripes would be that the shower enclosure was extremely small as was the balcony and that there was nowhere to hang towels to dry."
