When booking on here, It wasn't too clear about the extra cost of breakfast and also when we arrived, the receptionist told us what time this was but then when we came down for it the next morning, said we had not booked. Needs to be clear on check in and booked then. It would have perhaps been good to have been informed about the wedding taking place when we were there.

This is staff-less hotel which raises some minor concerns around safety and customer service. We were lucky not to have any issues, but it felt strange not to have some one available for questions.

"The staff was super freindly and you could serve yerself with caffee and tea troughout the whole day without extra charge. The breakfast was fine, nothing fancy but everyone could find something. The pension has a great location, you can reach the old town with a 10-minuta walk. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay."

The beds are a bit too hard, but other than that everything was okay.

While the kitchen was ok, there were two issues. One, the water was constantly so hot that to wash anything was scary. No cold water there, why? Also, while there was a coffee maker, there was no way to put it on the stove, but the stove didn't work anyway. No gas. That was a disappointment. So, there needs to be cold water in the kitchen sink, and if making the cooktop available, please ensure the gas is on.

The rooms were a little dark. It would be nice, at breakfast, if they told you that you could order eggs. We didn't learn until we asked on day 3.

"We had a really wonderful time at Hotel Dionisio Inn! It's close to everything you may want to visit in Antigua and the staff was really wonderful, kind, and attentive. Even if the language barrier, they always remembered what we were up to and asked how things were. Whenever we had a question, they were always ready to help out. It's not often that we've met such helpful and nice staff members. The room was clean, comfortable, and so much better than a lot of other places we stayed at on our trip in Guatemala. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again if we ever go back to Antigua."

The room is very nice and cozy, all facilieties are very good. There is nice caffe downstairs, must visit! All guesthouse and the details is made with heart. "I stopped for a night while traveling to Madinah. From the outside look, I didn't expect the interior to be this beautiful. It was a wonderful experience. Parking is available on the roadside, in front of it. Didn't meet the owner or any staff. However, the chat with the owner was warm and pleasant. The location is really calm and beautiful. Before leaving in the morning, we enjoyed a lovely stroll in the park outside."

The toilet seat was broken. However, the owner apologized and told me he would fix it the next day.
