Hostels in Luxembourg

"Of the 4 hostels I stayed in in Antigua, this one was my favorite especially because of the comfortable beds and kitchen. The 1st place I stayed had a kitchen, but springs on the bed hurt me. The 2nd place had a good bed, but no kitchen and food in Antigua is pricey so I ended up spending more than I wanted. The 3rd place had a kitchen, but the bed was too short and squishy. This place is a bit farther from the center, but the bed was perfect and had a privacy curtain, and they had a kitchen and hot water showers."

Location is a bit far from center, but it's otherwise an easy and safe walk.

Checking in by the other building was a change I didn’t notice when I booked it.

Maybe a hello from the owner would had been nice, but its optional.

I think they need to improve on water heating.

"It's a basic place, but nice. The bathroom is clean and functional (and great hot water). The bedroom is perfectly fine for a night or two, but would struggle with lots of packing and unpacking if you were staying a while. Owner is super super friendly and nice."

"Good location, especially if you are doing any diving. Really nice that there are some affordable options in Palau. Shared bathroom facility was clean and simple. It was everything that I needed."

Communication was a bit challenging with the front desk.

"You literally only have to cross a small road and you are right on the beach, less than 100 meters from the Indian Ocean - and just a short walk to Tofo market with all the nice restaurants and bars. Perfect location, not too busy or noisy. Great value for money, friendly staff."

"Stayed at 8 people bedroom with friends (we were 4 girls). The room, bedsheets and bathrooms were clean. Staff was very helpful and overall amazing. Absolutely recommend the hostel!"

"Excellent location! Near beaches and also quiet. Close to Jijel (an easy bus ride) yet also far enough away that it felt like a small town--quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! Staff was so helpful and friendly."

Our room was very hot. There was a little fan but unless we had the door open it did little to cool the room.

"Not bad at all! When I was there I had the whole dorm to myself, staff were nice, it was more or less clean, bed was comfy enough. Just no wifi and some mosquitoes. Great for Tonga and especially for the price."

"The location was beautiful but be aware that it is pretty far from town and there are no shops or places to eat around."

Be aware that Google routes you on the road on the other side is the river from Konjic but you can’t go through on that road because the road is closed when you reach some type of facility.

It is on the 2nd floor, and no lift, luckily i didnt bring heavy lugage.. also the staff service is amazing they offer to help to bring the lugage.

"Pros - location right in old town was great. Rooms were clean and spacious (for a hostel) and the facilities were better than expected. It is in an old house and my private room had a balcony over the garden. AC worked well and the bathroom was clean with good hot water. Lots of shared spaces. The bar had reasonable food and was a good place to hang out in the evening. This was one of the better hostels I've used in Latin America. I had a private room, so can't speak for the dorms. Was quiet after 11 pm. I loved this hostel."

Cons - not much. Colonia is an expensive place to stay so the value for money was quite good. The hallway carpets could use a good cleaning, or at least a vacuum but there was construction happening in a room nearby so that might explain the dirt.

Acoustics. You could hear everything. No AC in my room, but it wasn't necessary either as it was not a very hot day.

"Bedding and towels and shower supplies and kitchenware, microwave, sugar, and a welcome pack of foods and hot drinks were all provided. Extremely friendly staff. Great bar and restaurant for dining later in the day, great venue."
