The beds were quite uncomfortable. Mosquito nets full of holes. Understandably the building and windows are old but need to have appendages added to be able to prop them open because there is no airflow and pretty stuffy and smelly rooms.

"The location, staff, fully stocked kitchen, warm inside spaces, and last but not the least the delicious breakfast. The whole vibe of the hostel is amazing - highly recommend."

The showers can be a bit bigger, but not an issue.

Ask him for directions to old town; there's a way up that'll keep you mostly off the dangerous roads, which lack any shoulder. Place has good kitchen, comfortable common area. Limited but enough hot water in showers. Very grateful for this budget option in San Marino, which can be pricey."

Freezing cold at night in dorm. It was warm just outside in hallway, so I don't know what the secret is to getting that into the room. Also, would be nice, more efficient, to have male dorm and let the guys use the three-shower room, rather than letting women lock it for one. Make one of the en suites the female dorm. Odd to pay for linens; just add to price. No outlets in dorm, but understandable in old building.

"Not bad at all! When I was there I had the whole dorm to myself, staff were nice, it was more or less clean, bed was comfy enough. Just no wifi and some mosquitoes. Great for Tonga and especially for the price."

"You literally only have to cross a small road and you are right on the beach, less than 100 meters from the Indian Ocean - and just a short walk to Tofo market with all the nice restaurants and bars. Perfect location, not too busy or noisy. Great value for money, friendly staff."

"The location is in a quiet neighborhood. Public transport will tell you to take airport direct 2 (TD2,3) and get off at the Miller stop (it seem sketch at first bc very little ppl walking around, especially at night, but it really is a safe location and cozy spot). It's only a 20 min walk away from Sliema and St. Julians. Everywhere in Malta is very safe btw."

Didn't love the front key, took me a minute to use the big key (but you learn fast). Can't control this - but ppl snoring in my room is always hard for me (but i prlly also snore lol).

"Rubens and his staff were excellent, they were kind and welcoming. I also went on Rubens wine tour, which was informative and enabled me to see severla key locations outside of the capital city. The private room I had was clean and pleasant and I had a good stay."

I stayed in the room at the very top of the building, so you could hear some kind of generator outside the walls the whole night. So there was some noise. Unsure if from inside or a neighbor.

I did not like the fact that there was no bathroom in the dorm rooms. The toilets and showers were right next to the dorms but still, you had to go outside to get to them.

Breakfast was tiny

"The beds were clean and had mosquito nets. The room was spacious with only 4 beds. There's an AC in the room and 2 fans. The location is good; it's like a village on the western side of the city. It is safe even walking at night. There are small shops nearby. You can buy basic stuff and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The beaches are 15-20 minutes walking or 5 min by tuktuk. The fast ferry to the airport is just 10 min walking distance. The staff were ok and helpful. The view from the balcony is great. It's the cheapest place in town. In fact it's the only hostel in Freetown on Booking.com. They have a generator in case of power cuts. The wifi is fast."

The toilet needs a bit of cleaning and maintenance. There's no hot water and the water pressure is weak. The generator is right under the dorm window; very loud. But still; you get what you pay for. A basic hotel in the area is 3-4 times more expensive.

"location is good. Know my way in that area, it is the third time I was in Jongno district. economical, good staff, clean and safe place. There is a kitchen area if one wishes to use. everything are close by"

I am not expecting anymore than what I got. convenient location, quiet, comfortable hide out, what more should I expected. hot and cold potable water through out the building there is not anything I did not like.

"The staff were amazing, especially Carlos. The daily breakfast was delicious and appreciated. The room was lovely. We had hot water in the shower and there was a attached restaurant. The pool area and shared outdoor space was clean and comfortable. It was a secure area."
