"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

"The hotel is located on access-restricted territory and has a beautiful garden and pool. our room was with a patio in a quiet place. it was a continental breakfast served. Especially I love local juices, fish, and chicken were delicious."

"Dunia has expansive and lovely grounds with plenty of parking space. The suite room was very comfortable, with large bathroom, lots of storage, and pleasant sofa/chair seating in the extra room. Superb breakfast, with attentive service. The location is very quiet in a outlying part of the central city, but there were shops, restaurants, and markets nearby."
"The internet did not truly reach the room so we needed to use our own service. The large TV was defective, but the staff worked hard to remedy that problem. The pool seemed to be under reconstruction but not anywhere near completion. Not ready access to the heart of the city except by car or taxi. The price of the room should come with somewhat better resources in the facility."
