"This is my first time staying at this hotel ,one of the checking staff shouldn’t be at front desk, first impression counts, Staff at front desk need some five star service training. Also checking out I told young ladies Food morning more than once ( Good morning no response she was focus on her phone. The room didn’t have a remote so I call front desk the came up but the remote was wrong, he leave to get right remote, he never return."

"The location of the property is good. We’ve been stay here a couple times already and will keep returning. Love the outdoor pool area, that’s one of our favorite spots when we’re not on the balcony soaking in the beauty of the view."
"The rooms are in need of updates and maintenance for sure sure. The shower situation is terrible. Very dirty and ours was broken. The ac needs cleaning as well, Worked fine but when the blades rotated you can see the dirt. A suggestion would be when house keeping is cleaning rooms to wipe the floors in the room. Our room was not cleaned twice but once we called they did come. But still, I felt uncomfortable calling to ‘complain’. My hope is that the hotel gets updated, we love coming here. Please start little updates."
