The hourly rate concept is honestly brilliant, especially for travelers in transit who just need a comfortable place to recharge. Convenient, practical, and run by great people. The paperwork process is a little much so maybe upgrade that. Otherwise, perfect!"

"The manager and the staff are very friendly, they help in every aspect. The accommodation is clean and they offer an excellent breakfast. All in all, I don't have anything to reclaim."

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

"It was a very pleasant stay. Didn't feel any stress at all. Very Friendly staff. Clean rooms and washrooms. Space is a bit small but for the amount I paid it was worth it. Less than a minute walk to the bus halt. 10 minute walk to the MRT. Saves a lot of money for transportation as well. Highly recommended for a few nights budget stays."

It’s the islands, so bring earplugs if roosters bother you. They are everywhere across ALL islands - Cook, Fiji, French Polynesia, Hawaii. A product of human migration.

Difficult to get to (rough bumpy narrow roads)but worth it once there.

The room and food are overpriced for the quality. Inconvenient location. They don’t seem to use or check Booking so it was pointless to make a reservation in advance. Maybe during the high season that will be more useful.

“Unfortunately, some of the staff showed attitude, particularly 1 at the bar and another during breakfast service. Our server was not very friendly or helpful at first. Only after I made the effort to speak with her did her attitude improve. Better customer service would really improve the dining experience.”

"Berndt the owner is an amazing good hearted and very helpful in helping all the visitors to books buses and trips and Rinalda is an amazing woman serving a great breakfast with love. Rooms and toilets super clean and super safe place .there s a biliardo and a small shop outside and a fully equiped kitchen where we did amazing barbecue with the other guests and we had lots of fun! It s very well centrally located with a breath taking terrace view and birds singing in the morning.ideal for my yoga too"

There was some water on the bathroom floor, which I guess was caused by a leaking pipe. It did affect the overall experience a bit.

"Location was convenient for access to the airport which was important to me. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was comfortable and well appointment. The small pool deck and gym were nice inclusions."

A little more options and selection at the small shop they have on site would be good - maybe like some newspapers, fresh pastries or fruit would be nice to have.
