"We stayed there for 3 nights and it was an amazing stay right on the sea. The key handover was very smooth and Kristian told us everything we needed to know about the apartment and also about local travels and restaurants. The old town is just 20mins walk and the nearest super market is around 6mins walk. The apartment and view is far better than the pictures."

"This is a gem of a place for those who don’t mind walking 8 minutes to a very frequent city bus or 25 minutes to the Old City. We liked the walks which go by a grocery store, pastry shop, and free public beach. We also walked 30 minutes and back to Port Gruz for a tour which was a bit more strenuous but enjoyable. The apartment itself is small but has everything you need with two twin beds, kitchenette, sitting room and porch with a gorgeous view just like the photos show. The property managers were great, answering every inquiry sent by Booking.com message promptly and Josip kindly arranged efficient transfers to and from the airport with the driver waiting there for us even though our plane was an hour late. You can’t go wrong with Kate’s Place if you don’t mind being a little bit away from Old Town."
