Splendid Resort

"Good location near Pula center. Friendly and helpfull staff in reception and in service. Easy check inn and check out. Parking inside resort. Private swimming pool and beach. Not far from public beach. Good restorant near our apartment (may be others too, but we werent there). Shop inside resort. Clear room and almost all fasilities, what need for living, are in the room: kettle, coffe machine, fridge, plate for cooking, dishes, air condition, towels, Would be nice to have microwave owen aswell, but its missed :( Our room was with see and swimming pool view and its was amazing. Thank You very much for our nice vacation!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! From the moment we arrived, Hrvoje made us feel incredibly welcome. He greeted us personally and even picked a bowl of fresh figs for us from the garden — such a thoughtful and memorable gesture! The house itself is perfect. It’s spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to extra towels and toiletries. Everything was so well stocked that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during our stay. You can truly tell that the hosts put a lot of care and attention into making guests feel at home. The outdoor space was another highlight. The pool was clean, refreshing, and surrounded by a peaceful and private setting — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. There’s also a lovely terrace where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening chats. The location is great too: close enough to beaches and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful for a perfect getaway."

"Value for money, proximity to the gorgeous sea, room size and amenities. Some shops and restaurants nearby, but most importantly swimming locations. Great pool too!"

"It is a bit of a walk to the bus station but from there the city center is very close. And it's worth it to be closer to nature."

"If you are a fan of pebble beaches and love a chance to dive from big rocks then it’s your choice. A lot of coniferous trees create specific and clean smell which gives this beautiful summer vibe. There are 3 restaurants on the territory of the resort, so you’ll have a choice of what and where to order. Also there is a separate buffet for breakfasts where you can have a various options for reasonable 12€. Pool with seawater is really great especially of your kids prefer this kind of swimming. And all Pula sightseeings are close if you have a car with you."

"The furnitures in the rooms are not in the best conditions. Missing some small door handles, etc., bathroom plumbing (taps, shower) are not of the best quality. Also there was no chance to lock the door of the bathroom."

"The location of the apartment was amazing. Took a while to find the apartment, but with help from the staff, it was awesome"

"The shower had a problem with draining the water and wouldn't go down the drain. Toilets had a strong oder of urin."

"We stayed in the 4 person room and the balcony was incredible, right over the sea and very close to the pool. The poolside restaurant was affordable and delicious, super convenient for breakfast and lunch. Great air con"

"For Americans used to a hotel this is NOT that. It is set up more like apartments i.e there is no common areas, reception is a different building 10 min away, the restaurant is either by the pool or in a different building. Facilities were clean and functional but dated. Rooms and property was austere, very bare bones in terms of warmth and decor. No lounge chairs on the patio was lame but there was a set of plastic table and chairs at least. Bus to Pula center was only a 10-15 min walk and very direct but if you aren’t used to walking could be annoying. We relied mostly on Ubers, about 7-9€ each way."

"It was near the beach, just a few stairs, big terrace, grocery store in the resort, very nice and helpfull stuff, great location, near the Pula center, nice area, bar was near the accomodation, beautifull view, free parking right next the building, free wifi with strong coverage"

"Easy to reach, private areas, good salty water pool. Different rocky beaches. Everything is provided. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Supermarket and different restaurants are inside the property."

"It’s not exactly hotel standard. It’s for holiday stay on our own. Apartment was completely equipped with everything what is needed for normal life so we made meals by ourselves and we felt completely free . If you are able to organise ourselves your stay go there and enjoy. This is excellent place for holiday."

"Loved our view. One of the best in Pula. Our room had everything we needed as a family. It was clean, smoke free and had fridge and kitchenette to make breakfast and lunches. Nothing was too much trouble and when we needed linen replaced, it was done without fuss."
