"Excellent location. Friendly host. Ivanka made us lovely plum cake and made us feel very welcome. Comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Small apartment, but had everything we needed and lovely balcony to sit on and enjoy the sun and watch the cruise ships coming and going."

"We recently stayed in this lovely studio and couldn't have been happier! The location is perfect - central yet surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful escape after a day of exploring. The studio is not only practical but beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay (even a washing hanger). I especially enjoyed the terrace and partial harbor view, which added to the charm. The place was impeccably clean, and our host Ivanka and her son Mladen were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delightful getaway!"

"Considering the limited space in the studio and our need for twin beds, each bed was quite narrow for taller individuals. However, this wouldn't deter us from returning, as they were very comfortable, nevertheless."

"The location is in a quiet residential street close to the tourist center and old town. the owner/host was very nice and helpful, and responded very fast to any questions. the room was very authentic cozy clean and cute."

"The balcony wasn’t in the room (which isn’t a big deal) but it would have been nice to have an attached balcony. There are also 3 flights of stairs so if you have large suitcase this might be a challenge"

"Excellent facilities. So close to everything in Split. Even if you don’t use the washing machine you can use the lines to hang up towels/wet clothes. Beautiful morning sun on the terrace until around 12!"

"The accommodation was a five minute walk from the main walled city and we chose it for the lovely balcony looking across to the port. It was great to be able to have our meals outside. Our host lived just below and was very friendly and helpful when needed."

"The kitchenette was in the bedroom which felt a little cramped, but the balcony made up for it."

"The owner was lovely and very nice. Very close to the big supermarket. Quiet place and 10 minutes walking to the city centre."

"It was not easy to carry the big heavy luggage into the room as the stairs were quite small. Wifi wasn’t great, especially in the evening. We don’t like the smell of the bed. No shower gel or shampoo."
