"Mario was incredibly responsive, and his family made us feel immediately welcome with homemade sweets and wine on arrival. The apartment had everything we needed, including an en suite laundry, and the views over the islands and Adriatic Sea were breathtaking. Having a dedicated parking space here was a rare luxury—parking near Old Town is nearly impossible. We were just a 10-minute walk from the historic center, with a bus stop nearby for easy access as well. This was a perfect stay, and we’d happily return."

"Exceptionally kind hosts and great hospitality. Amazing views with a chill vibe. Great location. Host’s mom “Yasna” was the nicest and kindest person who welcomed us into the apartment and also arranged a Peke dinner at Konoba Dubrava. She also helped us plan our itinerary and beach visits. Dino King helped with all our needs and transportation arrangements. Will be back here for sure!"

"10 min uphill climb from old city walls but most of Dubrovnik is settled on the hills side and walking the hills is part of the daily commute. Not a real issue… just take an Uber whenever you feel you have had too many steps."

"That place has an amazing outdoor patio, with lots of space, comfortable chairs and a Jacuzzi. Inside, the comfortable bed and sofa bed, spacious shower, and nice little kitchen. The place has a washer machine as well. The Internet was good! The parking space was provided. The Tip: the GPS location is not exactly accurate, it is better to communicate with the provider via Whatsapp to get an exact location."

"Our host, Mario, was ultra attentive and accommodating. We had multiple requests for change in arrival and departure time and he was very flexible. We felt so welcomed with so many details explained and personal touches. There was a bottle of wine and pastries waiting for us with a welcome sign. Mario offered to deliver breakfast to our apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 teens so the queen bed plus 2 twins in another room was perfect. The place was very comfortable, and spotless, with everything we needed.The shower was large and we had a washing machine in the unit. The bathroom is large and has a bidet. The A/C worked great which was much appreciated during a heat wave. The terrace/porch has spectacular views and was very private with lots of seating, like a 2nd living/ dining room. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the old town and the Ploce entrance to the wall, and 10 minutes to a local swim area, or the Banye beach. And free parking! It was absolutely perfect."

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, and the hot tub was a perfect bonus—especially after a day of exploring the city. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and the city walls, which made it super convenient without being in the middle of the crowds. The owner was incredibly kind and responsive, always available for any questions or help we needed. We would absolutely love to come back here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!"
