"Homey, with a great view, clean, in quiet location in the heart of the Old Town, walking distance to everything and very very close to the beach. Affordable also! I would recommend Villa Rozic to anyone who wants to feel at home, quiet down, enjoy the graphic scenery and doesn't require fancy luxuries! I personally really hope to come to Catvat again, and I would choose the same place to stay! Unrelated to the apartment but something to keep in mind: you have to walk up quite some stairs to reach that part of the Old Town - a small price to pay for that view and the peaceful it comes with!"

It was certainly worth paying extra for the balcony that I used morning and evening - could not get enough of the view!"

"The accommodation was pretty basic. The cleanliness could have been better. It didn't look like the gardens are tended to which is a great shame as I think they would be a real asset but they were unkempt."

"Beautiful view (mind that it is steep for walking, which was not really a problem for us). Location is great, there are a lot of restaurants around, the port if you want to explore some more and beach right down from the property. The lady that welcomed us was really sweet."

"Fantastic location just far enough away from the busy main street so you can sit on your balcony away from the crowds at chill out or go to sleep. Amazing view by day or by night. The host Im sorry I can't remember your name will help you with anything you need and is super friendly and welcoming. Room clean and tidy and simple just what you need for the small amount paid compared to other places. Room bin is emptied every day.Great location for both sides of the bay and restaurants it was great walking along the old alleys exploring and choosing which side to go. There are steps up to the villa but being able to keep fit while eating and drinking during the holiday and sitting at the beach was fine with me"
