"Hotel is lovely, even when busy it doesn't feel too crowded. Staff are excellent, pleasure to deal with. Location is excellent, just a short walk from the centre and good bus routes. Rooms are lovely, well laid out and comfortable bed. Bar is a great spot for meeting family and friends. This is my second time spending Christmas (stayed for 9 nights as added on 2 more to original booking) at the Dylan and hopefully it won't be the last."
"Aircon or some fan noise (not from my room) was going most of night each night but after a couple of nights it became like white noise and ear plugs helped. I would only consider this a small negative as noises can't always be prevented."
