"Ann Marie is very kind. We arrived very late and she was waiting for us. In the morning, we had to leave very early but she got up at 6am to prepare for breakfast. Beautiful Irish countryside."

"The breakfast was delicious. The location on a farm was great. Mary Anne, our hostess was friendly, helpful, entertaining and fun."

"Kilbora B&B is one of those classic, idyllic B&Bs that made them so popular to begin with. You'd like every B&B to be like this. A beautiful, classy house literally in a pastoral setting on a sheep farm. Clean, comfortable rooms with an en suite bathroom including a great shower. The breakfast was delicious and she offered many alternatives to suit individual appetites. But I have to say our hostess Maryann (sp?) was the best part of the experience. She was so friendly and funny and down to earth. She made us so comfortable."

"Staff were so friendly and helpful in supporting us through a few difficulties that arose in not having a functioning phone. Rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. and the keycard system for controlling the power in the room is ingenious. The pub has a nice breakfast and good atmosphere in the evening if you opt for that."

"Absolutely beautiful! Excellent place with everything you will need for your stay. Very remote, but close to places for dinner. Excellent WiFi signal. Amazing hosts! We went for a walk through the bogs looking at old archeological places with the dogs. Great conversation and the dogs were so sweet. Dubh and Porto were favorites."

"Breakfasts were wonderful! Proper Irish: 2 or 3 strips of bacon, sausage, perfect eggs, cereal, with several kinds of home made bread, and several kinds of home made jams to enjoy, AND at your convenience -- simply call 20m before. The location is perfect, 30 min to Kilkenny, and 30 minutes to Waterford. Even Midleton @90min is somewhat convenient as it's just an hour past Waterford which begs for proper breakfast here, then lunch in Midleton, and dinner in Waterford -- eat at Jack Meades, and take the ferry across and continue to Wexford)! See the Cairn, climb Brandon Hill and take in the distant views of most of mid-south Ireland!"

"It's honestly a great location. Looks can be a bit deceiving at first, but we were very much pleasantly surprised and glad we decided to move forward with his stay here. At first appearances it looks like a pub and doesn't seem like a comfy stay but we absolutely enjoyed ourselves. This also had the softest bed we had in Ireland. The food and the drinks were really good and the staff were incredibly kind. Make sure you let them know when you'll be arriving so you can have a spot for your car as well. Quick and scenic walk to the Latin Quarter and all of Downtown. For LGBT travelers like us, you're also very close to the West End and the staff were very considerate and ally-centric."
