"Silly things like, they only provide 4 coffee capsules, very limited access to Israeli TV and news. The windows do not open, air is a bit stuffy, no window in the bedroom ."

"It is not the fault of the host but the building does not maintain well and they do not clean the outside of the building. They need to hire one person for 1hr to clean the litter outside. This is the building not our host. Parking can be a bit challenging but we always found a space"

"Collecting the keys was a BIT of work - not too bad. I prefer zero work, but they have no reception desk and this is life. I had to phone a couple of times but they were ALWAYS responsive. this is under 'didn't like' because I prefer zero work. That's ME."
"The location is excellent, carmel Beach is just below the building, a nice pool with slides and restaurants all within a walk. The apartment itself was very comphortable and the seaview is stunning. The owner was very responsive, and we got a reply to our requests within minutes."

"Moshe , the host was very reliable , professional and friendly. A Great host!!! The location was great, had cafes, bakeries, burger bar and shops all in the area and free parking. Room was very spacious and comfortable and had all we need, including kitchenette with fridge, micro wave and water kettle . Room had wifi, cable, towels, soap , shampoo and the like. I'd definitely stay there again and would recommend it as well ."

"Itzik is probably the most welcoming and friendly host you can find in all of Israel. He went way and beyond to help us plan our visit, calling places we asked about to answer our questions. We found his recommendations to be excellent. Meirav's Brandy is one of its kind, the cake she made was super delicious - and they gave us all these and more without us even asking. This has been the second time we stayed at Stav Bagolan, and we are sure we'll come again."
