"I have never before given a perfect score to any location I have stayed in. But this was truly exceptional! Everyone bent over backwards to make our two week stay comfortable and very welcoming. From the manager to the front desk staff and all the others, always with a smile and willing to help. The location was amazing because we were right in the mall with ample parking in the garage which is shared easily by the hotel and the mall. The breakfast was also more than we expected the variety from cheeses, yogurts, vegetables, and eggs anyway you like them! The rooms were very clean, beds really comfortable and they even gave us choice of pillows! We are really saddened by the situation that is happening there now. We wish them safety and we hope their lives will return to a peaceful normal quickly! I can’t imagine visiting Israel again and not staying at this hotel! Thank you everyone for making our stay a beautiful memory! Shalom & La Chaim! 🙏🏼 GR"

"Prima Link is very nice and comfortable hotel. The staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. The guest relation staff frequently checks to make sure that everything is okay and if there is anything that can be done to make the stay more comfortable. The location is block away from the light rail/subway. Tel Aviv is only a 15 minute ride."

"Beautiful room it was clean great location for us for it was a few minutes away from the wedding hall for our daughters wedding and the staff were very helpful and friendly ! The pool was a great place to unwind and relax with our family after my daughter’s wedding !! They even gave me and my son a free lunch because one of the rooms was not ready yet when we arrived ! All and all great stay and we will Come again !"

"Itzik is probably the most welcoming and friendly host you can find in all of Israel. He went way and beyond to help us plan our visit, calling places we asked about to answer our questions. We found his recommendations to be excellent. Meirav's Brandy is one of its kind, the cake she made was super delicious - and they gave us all these and more without us even asking. This has been the second time we stayed at Stav Bagolan, and we are sure we'll come again."

"Property was stunningly beautiful and even prettier in person than it is in pictures. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. It has the kindest and most generous hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay special by including us in their Sukkot celebrations. We spent mornings by the pool which overlooks the Kinneret and evenings in the hot tub, which is private and only accessible by you. Incredible blackout shutters for a very deep sleep. I seriously hope we will be back in the future. Worth every penny, and then some. Thank you for hosting us!"
