"Although the hotel was self-check-in/check-out, we had a hostess who was in touch with us by whatsapp in order to provide any help we may need. Very service-oriented in a non-invasive manner. The facility is an aparthotel. We were 3 adults in a large studio apartment. The room was quiet, clean, and equipped with all of the basics. We came back to the room in the evening to find that the whole street in front of the hotel had been closed off and set up with tables and was a loud bar scene. We apprehensively feared a very loud night but were pleasantly surprised. The double windows and great air conditioner kept the room quiet and pleasant."
"1. The couch-bed for the third adult was too short. This was relayed to our hostess, who was glad to get the feedback and even gave us a discount for our next stay. 2. The entry to the building is quite rundown, dark and intimidating, like a dark back alley."

"יפית מהממת ! קיבלה אותנו בשמחה וגרמה לנו להרגיש הכי נוח שיש. פינקה אותנו בערב שישי עם פירות ועוגות וכל מה שהיינו צריכים קיבלנו! הצימר היה בול מה שהיינו צריכים והתאים לזוג וילד בן שנה. פעם הבאה שנגיע נקווה שהצימר יהיה שוב פנוי 🙂"

"Property was stunningly beautiful and even prettier in person than it is in pictures. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. It has the kindest and most generous hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay special by including us in their Sukkot celebrations. We spent mornings by the pool which overlooks the Kinneret and evenings in the hot tub, which is private and only accessible by you. Incredible blackout shutters for a very deep sleep. I seriously hope we will be back in the future. Worth every penny, and then some. Thank you for hosting us!"

"Very clean, all bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, cookie snacks in refrigerator waiting for us upon arrival was a nice touch. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that I left clothing behind as I rushed out the door, and the host could not be more accommodating to help return my favorite shorts. A home run of an experience"
