"The bedrooms need a bit of redesigning, they are pretty basic and quite disappointing after the pretty entrance. No decorations at all, only basic amenities, could very easily be improved. Missing basic items such as hairdryer, chairs , spoons, saucers etc. very noisy old fridge, needs replacing"
"רציתי לשתף בחוויה שלנו מהמקום הזה. מאוד התרשמנו מהיחס של הצוות/הבעלים – אדיבות, אכפתיות, תשומת לב לפרטים וקבלת פנים חמה. עם ההגעה היה מקרה קטן בחדר, אך הכול טופל מיד, והציעו לנו חדר אחר בתנאים טובים יותר. ארוחות הבוקר ראויות לציון מיוחד – מצוינות! הניקיון – ברמה גבוהה מאוד. היה ברור שגם אזורי המשחק לילדים נקיים (אפילו בפינות לא הייתה אבק 😊). הבריכה חמימה, ואפילו התאורה עובדת (דבר שלא תמיד רואים במלונות במרכז הארץ). המקום נהדר, האוויר והנופים – פשוט מושלמים"

"כשהגענו הביאו לנו חדר אחר מאשר מה שהזמנו- הרבה יותר קטן. ישר הלכתי ואמרתי שזה לא מה שהזמנתי וזה לא תואם את המחיר ששילמתי. היו היסוסים מצד הגב' בקבלה והיא אפילו רמזה לא שלא שילמתי עבור החדר שאני מבקשת. הראיתי לה את ההזמנה בבוקינג ואת התמונות של החדר. היא התקשרה אל המנהל ואמרה לי שהחדר שהזמנתי (סוויטה עם 2 חדרי שינה - 50 מ') תפוס הלילה ונקבל אותו בלילה למחרת. בינתיים העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר, קצת יותר גדול ממה שקיבלנו בהתחלה. לא הציעו פיצוי. הרגשנו שמנסים לעשות עלינו "סיבוב". אני לא מבינה למה בכלל זה צריך לקרות. שילמתי 5,200 ש"ח לשלושה לילות + ארוחת בוקר (4 אנשים) ומדובר במחיר גבוה שגם כך לא הצדיק את התמורה. גם כאשר קיבלנו את הסוויטה- לא מדובר בסוויטה של 50 מ' וגם לא הייתה אמבטיה כפי שהופיע בתיאור בבוקינג. אני לא מבינה למה התיאור לא מעודכן למה שמקבלים בפועל. בנוסף- בחדר היו 2 טלוויזיות עם נטפליקס שלא עבדו טוב ולא ניתן היה לצפות בהן. ראינו טלוויזיה בחלל המשותף בחוץ. כן זה מוזר, אבל זה מה שהיה."

"יפית מהממת ! קיבלה אותנו בשמחה וגרמה לנו להרגיש הכי נוח שיש. פינקה אותנו בערב שישי עם פירות ועוגות וכל מה שהיינו צריכים קיבלנו! הצימר היה בול מה שהיינו צריכים והתאים לזוג וילד בן שנה. פעם הבאה שנגיע נקווה שהצימר יהיה שוב פנוי 🙂"

"Property was stunningly beautiful and even prettier in person than it is in pictures. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. It has the kindest and most generous hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay special by including us in their Sukkot celebrations. We spent mornings by the pool which overlooks the Kinneret and evenings in the hot tub, which is private and only accessible by you. Incredible blackout shutters for a very deep sleep. I seriously hope we will be back in the future. Worth every penny, and then some. Thank you for hosting us!"

"Very clean, all bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, cookie snacks in refrigerator waiting for us upon arrival was a nice touch. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that I left clothing behind as I rushed out the door, and the host could not be more accommodating to help return my favorite shorts. A home run of an experience"
