"Some people were loud in the hallway. We were also woken up to the sound of dishes being washed for breakfast outside our room."

"Lovely value price room with sink inside overlooking the lake! Easy 24 hour check in if you arrive late and communicate to staff. Free parking directly in front of entrance, Kitchen is fully stocked and huge dining room. Practically next to must visit Grjotagja Cave and 9 minutes from must visit Hvellir. Supermarket and gas station are a 2 minute walk away."

"Excellent breakfast buffet each day. If you want to explore the main sights of Myvatn the location is great! It is also very close to the only grocery store in Myvatn. We had two nice rooms."

"Quite late check-in (5 pm). Be aware that the kitchens are very small and can only accommodate one family eating at the time. We were lucky with the weather, so we could also sit out and eat. Bring earplugs as some noise travels from the hallway to the room, but the other guests were mindful of not making too much noise."
