"Very nice manless hotel located right opposite to beer spa. Big spacious room having a lovely view. Well equipped room having enough amenities one might need. The community kitchen and dining space was huge having all possible cutlery and equipment. Big window in the room making in possible to see northern lights right from the room. We treated ourselves to beer spa and walked down to the hotel without worrying about drink and drive. Highly recommend it"

"This was our favorite overnight in our 3 week tour of Iceland. Plush carpeted room with comfy bed and clean, modern bathroom. Felt decadent and the staff were so friendly too. 1 minute walk to the beer baths, location couldn’t have been better! And what an adorable little town!!!"

"North of Akuryeri and worth the drive around this peninsula off the Ring Road. Great staff, helpful and gracious by phone, seamless access to room, breakfast was self serve and just 'appeared.' Very adequate. If you are in town on Friday or Saturday you can stop in to the Kaldi Brewery very close by to chat with the folks there. Did not go to spa or restaurant nearby. Walked the town in beautiful evening light just admiring this village and the care folks take of everything."
