This family-run B&B is in the lively district of Monterosso, one of the Cinque Terre villages along the Ligurian coast. Da Cesare offers air-conditioned spacious rooms and a buffet morning buffet including homemade cakes. Affittacamere Da Cesare is actually the home of the owner's grandmother. You can admire old photos of Monterosso and its people and traditions. Sleeping Areas have an elegant design with wood floors and different color schemes. Each one comes with a TV, mini-bar and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Monterosso Train Station is 10 minutes' walk away for trains to other Cinque Terre villages. The surrounding area is full of traditional restaurants and the coastline promenade is 1312 feet away.

"Our room was very cozy, with a big skylight. Being upstairs, we did not hear the comings and goings of other guests. Cesare was pleasantly helpful. He provided all the information we needed."
"Due to the low ceilings and exposed beams, head bumping is a concern, but this added to the coziness and charm."
"Cesare was great!! The room was so clean and ready as soon as we arrived. He communicated with us prior to our arrival time to make sure he was waiting for us when we got there. A beautiful, classic Italian beach house with available cleaning services and a PERFECT location. Police station is right next door and it is in the back of the town so it is quiet at night. We will definitely be back and could not recommend this more."

"Great location. Close to the old town, the beach and train station. Very secure. Cesare was there to greet us and show us our room and carry our luggage. He was very hospitable. I would definitely stay here again."

"This past week, we had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful guesthouse and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, our host Cesare was there to greet us with our room keys. He provided useful information for the area, including an incredible bakery we visited every morning for breakfast. Our room was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated, with the best part being that we had our own entrance. The location is ideally situated in the old city but very central and within walking distance of the new city, the train station, beach front, an abundance of restaurants and best of all, a variety of vendors selling their wares. We loved the town of Monterrosso and our experience was wonderful - many thanks to the friendly Cesare."

"Perfect room in a perfect spot in Monterosso! Clean, comfortable, with good AC. Particularly loved the fact that Cesare provided beach bags and towels for us to use on our stay. Cesare was an outstanding host and we will absolutely be staying here again when we return to Monterosso!"

"Lovely, cozy stay with Cesare! It’s in the Old Town area, which has the restaurants, shopping and small, less crowded public beach right at the little marina. Loved the Old town and location! Our room was at the uppermost floor and felt like a secret hideaway. Easy walk to everything. Cesare was a friendly and accommodating host with helpful directions and suggestions, as well as making sure we were comfortable. If you have any physical limitations, I’d ask Cesare to book you one of the main level rooms. Ours was up a steep flight of stairs, but we LOVED this! Just a suggestion for those who may book."

"The staff, especially Sara, was incredibly friendly and made my stay so lovely. The property was very beautiful and had incredibly views. The one thing is that the location is a little far away if you're using it as a base to travel around eastern Sicily. But otherwise, perfect spot."

"We have stayed in the hotel just one day, but the host of the hotel really managed to impress with an exceptional level of service. The rooms are quite large and clean. The hotel is located in the center of a small Italian city near the Alps. There is a large parking lot in the hotel, which is very helpful especially when you need to park your car in a city center. The breakfast was very good and we were really touched when the owner proposed to serve the breakfast an hour earlier than usual to allows us to catch our flight early in the morning."
