"There was no extra plug to charge our phones, so had to unplug the bedside table lamp. Was a bit unconvenient to only use the main lamp which you can only turn off by the door."
"Really great room for a solo traveler! It was very clean and tidy! The location was difficult to find and I was given a key that would not work. After I told them this they switched it for me right away. They cleaned my room for me and restocked coffee too!"

"It was close the bus station. The room was as described and I was able to leave my bag before check in."
"The bathroom needs a freshing up. Paint peeling and smelled like pee. I was only here less than 24hrs so it was fine for what I needed. I don’t like they asked to have me rate it a 10 without asking me about the stay."

Location was right around the corner from the Cathedral. A delicious and abundant breakfast was provided in the morning. "We have stayed in the hotel just one day, but the host of the hotel really managed to impress with an exceptional level of service. The rooms are quite large and clean. The hotel is located in the center of a small Italian city near the Alps. There is a large parking lot in the hotel, which is very helpful especially when you need to park your car in a city center. The breakfast was very good and we were really touched when the owner proposed to serve the breakfast an hour earlier than usual to allows us to catch our flight early in the morning."
