"Beautiful location in Tuscany country side yet not too far from Florence."

"The design of the house is very good enough for a family of 6 or 7 Kitchen and dining are on the lower floor (entrance level) , living room is big and on the middle floor with a small bathroom. The 3 bedrooms are spacious with a bathroom each. As an Architect, I did not like the high ceiling The view to the mountains only from the kitchen and the living room. Bedrooms are overlooking the inner courtyard. My stay was from 22-24 November (low season) nothing to do except for relaxing I wished if that house had a fireplace"

"Internet did not work Beds mattress not comfortable at all Heating was not effective although it wasn't winter yet."

"Lovely hosts who were very friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. A very nice pool and some of the most amazing views. There were plenty of sun beds by the pool and it never felt overcrowded. Great facilities in the apartment with lots of little touches which we really appreciated during our stay. The entire apartment was perfectly clean and all the bedrooms were very good sizes with ensuites. The apartment was even ready early which was a lovely surprise on arrival. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again."

"The wifi was a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it worked perfectly, other times none at all but this was not a huge issue for us."

"Location was beautiful, but we did want to do sightseeing in Florence and getting to and from (which we thought we might be able to do without a car) was difficult and we did end up renting cars for our group. Loved that our large group could be accommodated as well as they were!"

"We had a wonderful experience at the Borgo Bottaia. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was absolutely stunning. Incredible views. The staff was so kind and accommodating. We had a quiet and peaceful stay. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was as described, nicely furnished, spacious rooms, antique atmosphere. in short, wonderful. Previous customers who wrote that the roads are narrow and difficult to access... well, all the roads in Tuscany are like that. If you have a problem with this, then it is best not to go to Tuscany at all. I highly recommend this location as it is very close to Florence and is a very nice starting point for all the other places to visit. The sound insulation could perhaps be better, but what can one expect from an old building...so that, too, was not disturbing."

"A little far from everything if you don’t have a car rental. A bus does go by down the road though. We just didn’t try to navigate it. Also You will need mosquito repellent. But that is just Tuscany. I wish I had known ahead of time so I could have prepared. This property will give me great memories for a long time."
