"Modest comfortable bare bones (room only no lobby, no breakfast) family run. Impeccably clean Quiet. Excellent hospitality. Both hosts went the extra mile for us.. Location absolutely excellent for mosaics but on side road (minimal street noise) caffe next door. Very quiet environment, not for partying or babies/toddlers. Allowed us to leave luggage for a few hours 😀"
"Enjoyed properly perfect for us but beware no elevator for people or luggage, all but 1 rroom requires stairs Our family room also had a spiral staircase beware if you have small child."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. Great value for money and we would happily stay here again."
"During the recent Winter Olympic events in Predazzo, I had the wonderful pleasure to spend 3 nights in this beautiful family operated hotel. Claudia, Niccolo, and Mario took great care of me and were incredibly helpful with local dining and transportation options. The included breakfast was definitely a highlight. Niccolo prepared fresh and tasty breakfast options, and Claudia did an amazing job of making sure that everyone had exactly what they needed...and didn't leave hungry. The location was perfect for my needs, I truly felt like I was staying with family! Wonderful!"

"Excelent breakfast friendly staff parking protected inside the hotel"
"Love everything the pictures match the place. Looking forward to going back."
"The staff, especially Sara, was incredibly friendly and made my stay so lovely. The property was very beautiful and had incredibly views. The one thing is that the location is a little far away if you're using it as a base to travel around eastern Sicily. But otherwise, perfect spot."

"Good hotel, close to the main room. Breakfast is included and good. Large parking. There is a very nice restaurant."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."
