Guest reviews for Casale De Santis
"I like that it was warm inside and they changed towels and cleaned the room everyday"
"The toilet had old dirt deposit. It was clean, but old dirt on it that does not clean easily"
"Located closely to the C metro line and the yellow tram line, it’s simple to get to any part of Rome via Public transportation (up to an hour for the coliseum)."
"The nearby restaurant owner either doesn’t want to speak to English speakers or doesn’t like kids. We didn’t eat there. This is not a stay out past 8pm kind of area unless you have a car."
"For the price this property is AMAZING. In a seemingly safe neighborhood away from the tourist areas but with quick access to everything you want to see via the metro. Rome can be an extremely crowded place and if you like to get away from the crowds this is a great spot to go!"
"I liked absolutely everything!"
"The property was very nice. The room - especially the bathroom - was updated and large. The manager was very helpful and kind."
"There isn’t a restaurant or coffee available (there was a machine but we didn’t have the correct coins). Once we were in the gated property it was a clean, quiet oasis. However, we didn’t realize how far out of the city walls that it was in. It was difficult to get a taxi and wouldn’t recommend walking from the Metro to the property alone. If you have a car, it would have been great. It was very economical."
"The cleanliness of the hotel, a quiet and cozy place, proximity to shops and public transport"
"There are no obstacles to the hotel, but there is a lot of garbage in the adjacent residential areas"
"Vincenzo was very polite and welcoming. The room was clean and cosy. The location was great for us because we love calm and green places. Subway station is nearby. There's a coffee machine and restaurant as well. Definitely would love to visit again."
"Aucun."
"Private parking lot, fenced and monitored by cameras About a 10-minute walk to the tram; trams run every 10 minutes The room is large and spacious Staff and owner are very friendly and helpful Convenient on-site restaurant for dinner"
"The furniture is a bit old, but still perfectly fine The bathroom had stains and noticeable limescale/urine-scale buildup"
"Location, staff. What you can pay for at the front desk"
"Price and quality. There could have been more light, the Internet only worked in the yard."
"Needs shelf bathroom and another in shower. TV needs to be hung on wall to free much needed table. Owner needs to complain with council to clean piled up rubbish skips and street leading to house. Simone was very helpful even held our luggage in his store after we checked out."
"All was fantastic"
"Beautiful little room with a classic Italian style"
"Nothing"

"Location is superb for skiing. Rooms are clean and basic."
"Good location both in terms of transport and in general. Clean and well stocked."

"I loved the location. It was very convenient to everything! There were several good restaurants nearby (especially Serpentone, up the street). It was reasonably close to the entrances for both of Napoli's two main lines of the Metropolitana. This was halfway through my 3-week trip and it was time to do laundry. Alas, there was no laundry nearby, and I had to buy some clothes. I found several good clothing shops on via Chiaia that were reasonably priced and had what I needed: underwear, polo shirts, and a belt. It was also very close to the Galleria Umberto I. The proprietor, Fabio, was fabulous! What a nice, considerate person! Breakfast was at the bar in front of the hotel. It was just coffee and a pastry (both good), but the atmosphere was delightful."

"This was in a beautiful agricultural village making wine. Well preserved stone buildings and just at the end of grape harvest. The Family was preparing for a large dinner with friends at the end of Vendemia."
"Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were excellent! Fantastic level of service and genuinely lovely people. Delicious breakfast with many options. The pool bar was great for snacks, drinks and delicious lunches. I loved the poke bowls. My GF food needs were very well catered for. The pool is warm and very clean. There are some good restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Buses into town centre and to the port for water taxis are nearby."

"Small intimate property. We were able to get a late check in (2300) which was appreciated. Close to many bars and restaurants. Area is lively. Trains were close and easy to figure out."
