"Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e aveva una vista splendida sul mare. Il personale della reception è stato incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Anche la colazione era eccezionale, con una grande varietà di prodotti freschi e locali. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare la città e per godersi la spiaggia vicina. Proprietari e tutto lo Staff davvero Super. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!"

"The owners/staff were exceptional. Very kind and helpful! The breakfast had a wonderful variety of choices. The place was very clean and tidy. Location great. Everything was walkable. I arrived, parked my car in their private free parking lot and walked the entire time.. Cant speak more highly about the place or the staff!! Will definitely be back!"

"The facility at Imperial Beach Hotel is lovely and well maintained. The pool and beach areas are beautiful, and everything you could ask for is available. However, what really sets Imperial apart from other hotels is their outstanding staff. Every single person I encountered, from housekeepers to front desk, was more than pleasant and helpful. The owner and his daughter are present at all times, and they clearly put the emphasis of guest satisfaction. Every person on staff goes out of their way to make sure that guests feel at home. Their sweet dog, Cookie, adds to the feeling of visiting a friend or family member. Andria, at the front desk, was so helpful with my questions and requests, and since my Italian is still weak, her ability to speak English was very helpful! I cannot wait to return to this beautiful piece of heaven!"
