"Small town so everything was closed by walking. Extremely nice staff. Free garage. Good warm water after a sky day. Nice breakfast and an option to reserve dinner as well (only for the hotel guests so it felt very private). In our last day they offered us to leave the car in the garage until we’ll finish skiing and offered us to change our clothes in the hotel before leaving."

"We loved everything about Casa Rioby. Giorgio was a charming and welcoming host who offered great advice throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with lovely mountain views from the balcony. The food was excellent and we especially enjoyed relaxing with drinks on the patio after biking and hiking. The location was perfect—just a short walk to several restaurants in the quaint town, and the bike rental shop was only a stone’s throw away."

"This was a solo stay for me, and I have to say that the team here really took care of me. From the manager to the waitstaff, I was taken care of. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. I loved their nightly menus; the portions were hearty, and the soup I had both nights, along with the black truffle ravioli and eggplant parmesan, was perfection! Compliments to the chef! So it was perfect after a long day of hiking or getting ready for a long day of hiking (breakfast). I loved the room, it was mountain elegance and charm, and quite comfortable. Parking was easy to access; they have a garage that is easy to maneuver in. I would come back here with my husband and our dog, as I noticed they were dog friendly, and I LOVE THAT! The last thing I loved was the access to all the hiking trails in the area. You are close to a lot of great walking/hiking trails."

"We loved Giorgio the owner, he was super helpful and even helped us figure out our hike for the next day! It was also a perfect location and very walkable. Clean and cute inside. The breakfast was a full spread and the restaurant staff was also so nice!"

"My three hiking friends and myself very much enjoyed our three night stay at this hotel. we found it to be an excellent value with a terrific breakfast buffet. We had dinner there two of our three nights and the food was excellent. Giorgio and his staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend Ciasa Roby."

"Giorgio is the best host we’ve ever had at a hotel. He is friendly and patient and loves to talk about the area. He gave us very useful pointers and suggestions to where to explore. We had to leave early on the last day before breakfast. He prepared some stuff for us separately so we can have a bit before we left. That was very generous of him. The property is very cute. It’s in a smaller town and it’s much quieter than the other towns in the Dolomites. The room was comfortable and clean with housekeeping every day."

"Amazing! Giorgio upgraded me to a double from a single (solo traveling this part). I can't say enough good things about this place. As a non-Italian speaker, I felt at home. I ate there twice. They did my laundry. Even had a free reception. Giorgio is great-- always telling stories and knows the hiking/via Ferrata in the area. San Cassiano is a special village and Ciasa Roby would always be my choice to stay."

Location was right around the corner from the Cathedral. A delicious and abundant breakfast was provided in the morning. "We have stayed in the hotel just one day, but the host of the hotel really managed to impress with an exceptional level of service. The rooms are quite large and clean. The hotel is located in the center of a small Italian city near the Alps. There is a large parking lot in the hotel, which is very helpful especially when you need to park your car in a city center. The breakfast was very good and we were really touched when the owner proposed to serve the breakfast an hour earlier than usual to allows us to catch our flight early in the morning."
