"The location is unbeatable--right at the entrance to the old town in Chiavenna. They have parking (very limited, but we managed to get a space) and a restaurant on-site. Our room was simple, but very clean and comfortable and spacious, and INCREDIBLY well sound-isolated, for its location on a very busy roundabout. Excellent blackout curtains, and good air conditioning, which we appreciated during the 30+ degree weather during our visit. I was really happy with our choice to stay here."
"The staff were a little tricky to find, for check-in and -out, and it took a while to get a drink at the restaurant. The elevator is literally the slowest one I've ever seen, so for people with a legitimate need to use it, be prepared to wait. These are fairly nit-picky points; we were quite happy with our stay."

"The staff, especially Sara, was incredibly friendly and made my stay so lovely. The property was very beautiful and had incredibly views. The one thing is that the location is a little far away if you're using it as a base to travel around eastern Sicily. But otherwise, perfect spot."

"We have stayed in the hotel just one day, but the host of the hotel really managed to impress with an exceptional level of service. The rooms are quite large and clean. The hotel is located in the center of a small Italian city near the Alps. There is a large parking lot in the hotel, which is very helpful especially when you need to park your car in a city center. The breakfast was very good and we were really touched when the owner proposed to serve the breakfast an hour earlier than usual to allows us to catch our flight early in the morning."
