"This is a fabulous location. It's not in Ortisei, but it overlooks the town and up the valley to the peaks of the Dolomites. The facilities are excellent, and the room size was unexpectedly generous. While this hotel is not located in Ortisei, it's only a 10-minute bus ride into the centre of town, and the buses run every 30 minutes."

"Our check-in experience was pleasant, thanks to a friendly receptionist who welcomed us warmly. However, our check-out completely ruined the impression. We were just 15 minutes late checking out when a different, much less courteous receptionist called and told us to pay and leave immediately. I politely explained that we were finishing packing and just needed 5 more minutes, but she refused to give us even that and insisted we come down and check out right away. Her tone was unprofessional and unnecessarily harsh. A bit of understanding or basic courtesy would’ve gone a long way, especially for such a minor delay. Sadly, this final interaction left us with a bad taste and overshadowed what was otherwise a good stay."

"A wonderful experience staying at this property. The photos don’t do the place justice with their amenities and mountain views. It was a very relaxing place to return after a day of hiking. Make sure you take advantage of the sauna, and the outdoor spas and pools."

"Spacious room, modern set-up and good size balcony. All neccesary facilities inside the room and nice spa with extended access on check-out day. Location with a gorgeous view to the valley. Welcome aperitivo hour was a pleasant surprise!"
"The aircon did not work and the bed had a gap in the middle made up from two single mattrasses. No staff at reception later in the evening (23:00 could not access the property due to faulty key and had to wait around and ring the bell for several minutes)"

"The staff, especially Sara, was incredibly friendly and made my stay so lovely. The property was very beautiful and had incredibly views. The one thing is that the location is a little far away if you're using it as a base to travel around eastern Sicily. But otherwise, perfect spot."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"We had an absolutely lovely stay at the historic and romantic Torre Di Vico. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated and had a good shower and comfortable bed. Location was right around the corner from the Cathedral. A delicious and abundant breakfast was provided in the morning. Our thanks to Giulia who went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our room."

I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente.
