"The desk person, Lorenzo, was very welcoming and engaging. He was the highlight of the stay. He enthusiastically called and arranged for a taxi to pick us up the next morning at 4 am to go to the airport. And fortunately, the taxi was on right on time. Lorenzo took the time to explain how to drop off the key, open the door at that early hour. Also, explained about free coffee and tea. Directed us to the closest grocery store, just around the corner. We couldn't asked for more!"

"My stay at Star Residence in Turin was exceptional. The location is perfect - just a few steps from Porta Susa train station. The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding. Everything was spotless and felt truly well-maintained. The staff were highly professional, attentive and genuinely kind. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed: kitchenware, toiletries and a very comfortable shower. The kitchen had all the essentials, and when I asked for a kettle, the receptionist brought one immediately, which I appreciated a lot. Everything about my stay was perfect. I would definitely return and highly recommend Star Residence to anyone visiting Turin."
