Set in the Sicilian countryside, Masseria Susafa is an ancient stone farmhouse from the 18th century. It features a cozy lounge with a fireplace, and an outdoor swimming swimming pool. In the morning, guests can relish a varied buffet breakfast spread with homemade cakes, biscuits and tarts. The guest house in addition produces its own corn, olive oil and jams. The fine dining Il Granaio serves Italian and Sicilian cuisine. Meals are served in a characteristic dining room with high-vaulted ceilings and stone walls. Susafa Masseria presents a communal cinema room, and free WiFi in the public areas. Quarters are all established on the ground floor and have a private entrance. They face the property’s garden, which is supplied with chairs and sun loungers. The farmouse is 14 mi from Polizzi Generosa. Cefalù and Madonie National Park are a 45-minute drive away.

"We had the pleasure of staying at Susafa, and it was truly unforgettable. Before coming, I read some mixed reviews on Google, but I’m so glad I decided to give it a chance—what an amazing surprise. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning: breathtaking views, surrounded by nature, and complete silence that makes you instantly relax. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We also had dinner at the restaurant—the tasting menu is a real experience you shouldn’t miss. After dinner, enjoying a drink by the fireplace at the bar was the perfect way to end the evening. It really feels like the hotel listened to feedback and made everything just right. For us, it was a flawless and memorable stay. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality!"
