"Fantastic stay with friends and family - felt like we had our own little villa for ourselves and our kids with a pool, and lovely breakfast area. Very tasty fruit, pastries, and all the varieties of cuts and cheeses. Nicolas and Tommaso are also the best hosts!"

"The most amazing spread of many places we have stayed in all over Italy. A lot of care and attention to detail, with a unmatched view from the pool of the Castello di Duino. Tomasso and Nicholas were excellent hosts. We cannot wait to come back!"

"Stayed for 4 days. The owners were so helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were huge. Loved the pool and lounge area. Breakfast was delicious and the owners kept fruit in the dining room so one could grab a nutritious snack in the afternoon."

"Beautifull villa, every single detail is carefully selected. From the porch you can see the Duino castle,. It takes 20 min by car to Trieste. Castello Miramare is really close. Private parking available at request, free of charge. Breakfast is nice (there is salty and sweet option). The room was really comfortable and cosy. Everything super clean. The hosts are educated and nice people, ready to answer all the questions of the needy guests. Beautifull stay."

"Our stay at Villa Borgo Duino was very pleasant. Despite the rainy weather, we felt right at home. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we enjoyed excellent coffee and breakfast each morning. Safe parking was provided in the yard behind a secure automatic gate. A nearby bus stop made it easy to reach both the city of Trieste and Miramare Castle. The villa is also conveniently close to a charming small port and the sea. The room was spacious and beautifully renovated, blending new and old with a keen sense of design. It felt warm and inviting. The bathroom was truly a dream—spotlessly clean and modern."

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. "The staff, especially Sara, was incredibly friendly and made my stay so lovely. The property was very beautiful and had incredibly views. The one thing is that the location is a little far away if you're using it as a base to travel around eastern Sicily. But otherwise, perfect spot."

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"We had an absolutely lovely stay at the historic and romantic Torre Di Vico. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated and had a good shower and comfortable bed. Location was right around the corner from the Cathedral. A delicious and abundant breakfast was provided in the morning. Si mangia benissimo grazie allo cheff. La cena è stata squisita e al mattino abbiamo trovato un'ottima e abbondante colazione. C'è anche la possibilità di avere la colazione salata. I dolci sono preparati dallo cheff e abbiamo anche assaggiato il suo panettone artigianale. La stanza era calda ed accogliente.
