"We really liked this resort! The room was nice, a/c worked amazing, the kids loved the pool and we loved that it’s close to the beach."

"Our wifi wasn’t working and we had to call someone to fix it. The guy couldn’t fix it so he gave us a password for a different wifi network."

"The location was perfect, access to Ocho Rios Beach while being on the main street close to all the shops. We also loved that there was a party every night at the compound...but when we were ready to sleep the ac drowned out the noise. Also, the place looks just like it does in the pictures."

"I dont think this location is for a family looking for a quiet stay. For us, we enjoyed it but my parents would not have enjoyed it neither would my friends travelling with young kids."

"The wood work needs updating as there were bugs living in - ac killed them off tho lol The satellite tv didn’t connect to any channels and the WiFi did not work correctly. The plates and cups need updating as plates were broken and only 1 bowl existed."

"I like that the property was for the equipped. The kitchen had everything microwave, fridge , kettle, stove. The size of the room was spacious, the AC was working the TV was working the fan was working. The space of the living room was also spacious enough for my family. They had a large number of towels as well."

"They needed to have more soaps for the bathroom. We only got 2 tiny complimentary soaps for five persons. Some complimentary shampoos and conditioner would be nice after using the pool."

"The location is good and access to the facility was very easy and it felt safe. Loved that it had restaurants there so we were able to order food on the compound."

"The walking distance to some of the buildings was far. The stairs is a hinderance for family member (older) guests."

"Los jardines muy lindos y bien cuidados. La piscina con tobogán muy entretenido. Buena ubicación y gran estacionamiento. Excelente acceso a la playa, directo y gratis para quienes alojamos en el hotel."

"No tenía espacio para equipaje y ropa. Cocina solo con ollas, pero pocos vasos y servicio. Había hartos insectos en la habitación, entraban mosquitos porque no había malla en las ventanas. Recepcionista muy poco amable, se molestaba porque no hablo inglés fluido, ella nunca tratado de hacerse entender."
