"Nice, clean & comfortable Apartment. Had all the amenities l needed, & In working order. Good wifi, TV Netflix, Good AC. Beach & pool access. Towel & bed linen change when requested, Kitchen equipped with everything to prepare my meals. Nice free standing cooker with oven. Overall, this Apartment is better than a few l've stayed in. Be aware, if you are not a slim person the Small shower may not accommodate.. nevertheless nice hot water, good pressure. GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION. Could walk to all the spots, supermarkets, markets, restaurants etc."

"The Very poor communication from Management. Invoice request even before l left UK, still not frwd. My messages not acknowledged or no response. I arrived on time to check in to be told by front desk, they weren't expecting guests. I had to wait 45 mins for the room to be cleaned & made ready, after contact was made with the Apt. Mgnt. A rep eventually came, offered us water whilst we waited. IMMEDIATELY NEXT DOOR ...had major refurbishment works going on for the entire stay ..maybe forever months to come. Extremely loud constant banging & DRILLING until 10pm most nights & as early as 7am😭😭😭😭. I complained to front desk, they assured me work is only permitted between 9am & 7pm They spoke to workers,,, nothing changed. I spoke to them, no change. SADLY This ruined my stay."

"Great location in the Sandcastles resort. So this is someone's condo inside the resort and the resort rents it out while the people are away. It’s on the main street very near the cruise terminal, many stores, restaurants and tourist traps. The beach is a fenced out public beach but you get access for free with your resort bracelet. Unlike in Negril, you can't just wander to the beach at any hour. The resort has a pool with a mini water slide and a bar with live music at night. It gets lively. Since it's a condo, the wifi somes with the condo, it doesn't work in the full resort. The kitchen is equiped with a fridge and a stove. I used the resort's laundry service, they were courteous and fast."

"There was live music but sometimes it was pretty bad. The shower faucet was dripping non stop. Not many utensils in kitchen."
