"Phenomenal hosts - the nicest people. Gave you accurate and helpful advice for everything from where to eat to how much to bargain for. Many hosts will mislead you, especially on the price of goods, but not them. Having stayed in four other hostels in Amman, they were certainly the best hosts. Hostel is located right in the heart of the downtown. Costs of living are low and there is a wonderful nightlife every day of the week. Would highly recommend getting a room with A/C for a stay anytime between April and October as the heat just sits in the downtown at night. Beds were comfortable and clean. Two shared showers/two shared toilets and sinks in every room (I believe)."

"The people working there were very kind and helped us with everything. The price is good for the location - which was in my opinion the prettiest and most lively street in Amman. I liked that there was a sink in the room. They also let us leave our bags in the hostel the last day when we checked-out which was very helpful."

"The toilets were sometimes wet and you have to bring your own toilet paper. The rooms are a bit crammed, and the beds are not most comfortable but there is a curtain on each bed to gain some privacy. Not a negative, just a heads up: The parking is "kind off" free. If you wish you can leave the car on the street above the restaurant which is across the hostel but we got no real guarantee that the we will not get a ticket. Given we got one a few hours prior to this, we didn't want to risk it and had to pay for parking 4 JD per night. We got to keep our keys though."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. It was right in the heart of Amman, and was a walking distance to a couple of the major tourist attractions like The Amman Citadel and the Roman theater. It was also in close proximity with the country's highest rated restaurants like Hashem. The rooms I stayed in were well ventilated and the bathroom was very clean. The best part was the owner, Fouad, his son, George and the rest of the staff. There were very honest, and went above and beyond for my friend and me. They personally took us in their rides to tourist locations and made sure we were okay at all times. I highly recommend this hostel/hotel and doubt I would have been able to enjoy Jordan to the extent I did if it was not for the help of the wonderful people here."

"Very basic room in an old building right in the centre of Amman. Long balcony facing the busy street in the reception room where you can sit and see busy life passing by. We arrived very early in the morning and the reception let us in at 7,30 am! So nice people."
