Guest reviews for Mango Haus
"We loved the private and walled garden area outside. The apartment is spacious, and the large Smart TV was great! Plenty of storage space, so you don't have to live out of the suitcase. The hot water tank can provide good length hot showers. The mango trees outside were lovely, and made the front porch an especially nice morning coffee drinking spot. The host was very responsive, and quick to get us what we needed. The location made it easy to walk almost anywhere in Aqaba."
"The kitchen cabinets and drawers did not have handles on account of finishing touches of a renovation."
"The owner is very friendly and went out of his way to make sure I had the best recommendations for everything I wanted to do while in Aqaba! I even got to meet his adorable 3 month old daughter and try the mangos fresh from the trees outside! The hostel is close to everything central downtown and I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go, you can also take a cheap taxi."

"Very homey. Loved the bunk bed style. Very neat to city center and the area is soooo chillaxing. Not busy. And I loved how Moath helped me when I wasn’t comfortable / uneasy with my roommate. He made sure that my stay (last day) will be as much as comfortable. Sooo much comfortable I even almost got late for my flight hahahha"

"It is a nice, clean hostel in a quiet neighborhood. The host Moath is very friendly and had good recommendations for places to eat as well as bus service to the nearby sites. He also made me coffee on several occasions while I was there. The common area is a good size for meeting other travelers."

"I felt very comfortable at this hostel, it felt like home. The two gentlemen running it are friendly and super helpful with any information you may need. It is also super clean and the decor is adorable. It's a short walk from Jett Bus station and an easy walk to central areas and the beach."

Veerle Petra inbox Hostel
"We were welcomed like royalty! The hosts are so incredibly kind, offered us tea and water throughout our stay, and anytime we had a request they were more than accommodating. They helped us with planning our trip into Petra, gave us insider tips, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious! I highly recommend staying here. It is so cool being able to stay in the bedouin village and being so close to petra. The view was also magnificent- We could see Petra from the window! As for the room itself, everything is brand new and works well, absolutely zero complaints!"

"Honestly, everything was great — especially the staff. Abu Laith and Mohamed were amazing and helped us in every way possible. Mohamed was incredibly flexible and dropped us off wherever we wanted within the city, whether it was Petra, a place to eat, or anywhere else. His driving skills are exceptional, and he made every ride enjoyable and fun."

"The host is incredibly kind and welcoming. He was very helpful throughout my stay and genuinely felt more like a friend trying to make sure everything was comfortable and easy rather than just a host. His support and friendliness really made a difference. The room itself was very nice — clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is also great, with convenient access to nearby areas. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily recommend it."
"One of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had. The host was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was traditional and very tasty, giving a great local touch to the experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wadi Musa. "A very warm welcome, very nice and helpful (especially concerning the planning of the two days for sightseeing in Petra) people, who fluently spoke English ... and the homemade and tastefully dinners and breakfasts .... The view from the room was great; the parking place was directly located in front of the Hotel."
