"It was a great experience to talk to the locals. The room has everything you need. Good location. Very quiet. I also had a nice dinner. They helped me with the luggage. You can pay with a credit card."

"Safi Kitchen is a special kind of place. Abed is incredibly welcoming, and his son Rashid makes sure everything runs smoothly. We arrived in the evening and were immediately invited to sit and have tea with the whole family—a really warm and genuine welcome. The food, cooked by Hana, is fantastic. Honestly, it’s reason enough to visit. The rooms are simple but perfectly fine for a night. While you’re there, don’t miss hiking in Wadi Al Hasa—it’s beautiful and not crowded. We went into the Wadi for 1.5 hrs and then turned back. Really amazing and we did see anyone else. 🙏 One of the highlights was being invited to a big community lunch where we were the only foreigners. It felt like a rare and authentic glimpse into local life. Safi Kitchen is definitely worth the stop."

"Exactly as pictured. Such a lovely hospitable family. Expect a non luxurious, local, simple and beautiful experience. Dinner was delicious. Cash only - so make sure to bring cash. We unfortunately only had card but they brought us to the local ATM for payment."

"Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The location is just where we needed it to be. It was in between Madaba and Petra, and that fit our travel needs. Its a agri-tourism place, in the middle of a working vegetable farm. Owners and sons are fantastic. They are very helpful, and came to meet us on the highway when both our google map apps lost their bearing and showed us driving in the Dead Sea. We enjoyed visiting with his family and extended family around an outside patio setting for quite a while. The value of this place is very good. I'd easily use them again if doing the same trip."

"We (2 adults and 2 kids - 11 & 8 years old) had a great time with Abed and his family. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. A great initiative that promotes the local economy. The meals were delicious, we shared stories and learned about the local culture. Had a great time hiking wadi el Hasa."

"Amazing stay at Petra Voyager Hostel. The location is excellent and very close to the Petra entrance, making it easy and convenient to visit the site. The hostel is very clean, well organized, and the rooms are comfortable with great attention to detail. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with useful tips and tour arrangements. They truly make you feel at home. A big plus is the daily, well-organized shuttle to Wadi Rum, which makes traveling easy and stress-free. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, the common areas are nice, and the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend staying at Petra Voyager Hostel and would definitely choose it again on my next visit"

"The chief reason I liked this place was the owner who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He provided exceptional information that helped make my stay in Wadi room amazing. The room is quite basic but clean. Location is excellent, very close, perhaps 10 minutes walking, to the Petra entrance."

"We were welcomed like royalty! The hosts are so incredibly kind, offered us tea and water throughout our stay, and anytime we had a request they were more than accommodating. They helped us with planning our trip into Petra, gave us insider tips, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious! I highly recommend staying here. It is so cool being able to stay in the bedouin village and being so close to petra. The view was also magnificent- We could see Petra from the window! As for the room itself, everything is brand new and works well, absolutely zero complaints!"

"We were 4 tourists from Slovenia, stayed for 3 nights. The host is the kindest man, he speaks good english and was always able to help us, whenever we needed help. We arrived one day early, due to some complications and he provided us a room at the middle of the night. The breakfast was available 24/7 and for dinner, he provided traditional food. One of the best dishes we tried in Jordan. The rooms are big and comfortable, there is a lot of space to just hang out. It is about 15 minutes from the entrance to Petra and very easy to find. Would reccomend 10/10."

"Honestly, everything was great — especially the staff. Abu Laith and Mohamed were amazing and helped us in every way possible. Mohamed was incredibly flexible and dropped us off wherever we wanted within the city, whether it was Petra, a place to eat, or anywhere else. His driving skills are exceptional, and he made every ride enjoyable and fun."
