"After our long drive from the airport, the family was there to greet us with yummy fresh zaatar sandwiches and sweet mint tea. Afterwards we were invited for desserts with the entire family. Mom made delicious carrot cake and jelly pudding and made sure to pack extras for us to bring to Dead Sea the next day. We had a wonderful chat with everyone late into the night. They offered really helpful tips for Dead Sea and even gave us a big bottle of water to wash ourselves with at the Dead Sea. Also gave many local authentic eateries recommendations at Madaba. Room was super cosy and warm, we really enjoyed our stay."

"We loved our stay here! We chose this location as it was a short drive from both Madaba and the Dead Sea. The house is beautiful and stands out as it has the nicest garden in town! What made this such a special stay was the family hosting us. We shared two dinners with them and had so much fun! It's definitely a highlight of our trip. Thank you!"

"If I could rate Simple House above 10 stars, I would. The property and location are beautiful, but the hospitality of the host family is what made our stay memorable. We were very tired when we arrived after a long day of travel. Knowing this, Mom offered us dinner, followed by tea and dessert with the family in their garden, which included picking and eating passion fruit from their trellis. The evening ended with one of their daughters doing a beautiful henna tattoo on my wife’s hand. We left feeling rested, knowing we had experienced an unforgettable stay that we will never forget."

"It was not just a comfortable two-night stay, but also an opportunity to experience the extraordinary hospitality of the family. We truly enjoyed the time, the evenings, and the conversations, and are very grateful for it. The garden was beautiful, and the baby cats were absolutely adorable. We were also invited to enjoy some very delicious tea and food. The family was very open-minded, curious, and welcoming."

"Everything is perfect: - Top Location with a great view ( just outside of Madaba) - Great Welcome by two fantastic sisters - The family of 6 (mom, dad & 4 siblings) are super nice people, incredibly friendly and hospitable and made us feel part of the family ! - Mom & Dad invited us to have dinner with them, enjoyed tea & dessert! - We had an unforgettable evening, had nice conversations and lots of laughs, also Hanky-Panky thanx for a great evening! - It is very nice to be able to end our last day like this and hopefully we will meet again in the future! - Thank you family of Simple Home Jordan !!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽"

"I think it was the best place we have ever stayed in. Ali and his family is incredibly kind and welcoming and made us feel like home. They have invited us for dinner, coffee and tea and chatted around the table for hours. Wish we could stayed a few more nights! Would certainly come back any time."

"We spent here our last night before traveling back to Hungary. The place was clean and comfortable, but most important that the hosts were really kind and friendly, we couldn’t have ask for better. We had a nice chat with the family and felt that we are part of it. We are very sorry that we could only spend one evening there. Absolutely recommend this place and we wish all the best to hosts. 😊"

"We were welcomed like royalty! The hosts are so incredibly kind, offered us tea and water throughout our stay, and anytime we had a request they were more than accommodating. They helped us with planning our trip into Petra, gave us insider tips, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious! I highly recommend staying here. It is so cool being able to stay in the bedouin village and being so close to petra. The view was also magnificent- We could see Petra from the window! As for the room itself, everything is brand new and works well, absolutely zero complaints!"
