"Value for money should be improved. For this price I’d expect more attention to details. Example: general maintenance of umbrellas, kitchen and bathrooms. Closer attention to kitchen and bathroom cleanliness, more and newer pots and utensils for a more comfortable longer stay. Cleaner bedsheets, more comfortable pillows and mattresses."

"The villa is in good condition, close to amman and closer to the dead sea. The swimming pool is really refreshing. We didn't expect to spend a lot of time there, a day to petra from here is a lot of road. If you want to have the sun on the swimming pool mostly in the afternoon I'll recommend to take the more expensive villa, as the one we rented was without dead sea view and the sun was mostly in the morning. The pool table is only for a specific villa, so as the gym. To avoid any misunderstanding, I suggest you contact the host first if you want to use them. They offer a lot of towels for shower and pool. Also, there is a lot of ice in the freezer, and water is included. Checking in or out was a smooth process, and they understood the necessity to have a business call on check out time. The swimming pool is beautiful and bbq fully furnished with all the necessary tools. Overall, I can only recommend it. Thank you"

"I'm a bit disappointed for the gym, but that is our fault as we didn't check the contract but the pictures. Internet was very slow (not usable for work conf call). I hope they will fix it for other guest. Hopefully, with orange operator network outside work well, it is total possible to work. They still haven't put pictures in the frames in the villa, I think they should especially that jordan as a lot of beautiful landacape to offer"

"The property exceeded all our expectations. The pool and jacuzzi, were clean and neat. The jacuzzi had a phenomenal view, overlooking the Dead Sea. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of space to enjoy group activities as well as have a solo retreat by the pool. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic equipment. The host of the property went above and beyond to help us with every question and requirement. The supervisor of the property was helpful and very friendly. Overall there were no negatives to our stay. We even were able to extend our stay with no problems at all."

"Amazing in every aspect. Super clean and convienent, every thing you need is a available. The staff are friendly and respectful. Huge TV, Great Sound system that works great with Spotify premium, excellent AC, excellent WiFi. Bathroom are clean and water pressure is very good. Fresh towels for pool, shower and hand towels. Location: close to Amman (30 mins), 5-10 mins away from the dead sea, pharmacies, some restaurants. Outdoor area has grills, a great and very clear pool. Seating area everywhere. Great night lighting. The people who did this know what they were doing at every turn. Overall, I travelled a lot, and this is one of the best stays ever. Thanks Ramy, Ashraf and the staff. We stayed in September 2023, a family of 4. Note: make sure you have 100 JOD (Around $ 150) as Cash for deposit. They will return it before you leave. But you need it in cash"
