"The best part of our experience was arriving slightly before the regular entry time. We were exhausted from traveling, and the thought of waiting around for half an hour with no chairs was discouraging. Fortunately I found a couple of delightful housekeepers, who let us into the room and then at 3:00 came to tell us to go downstairs to check in. If I hadn't been told elsewhere that leaving tips in Japan was considered insulting, I'd have given them a big one."
"The only real negative was the check-in process. The tablet on the table at the entry was very difficult to use because the button had to be pushed so hard to make it work. I don't understand why we had to take photos of our faces and our passports there and then, with so much button pushing, instead of doing it online at home."
"This was the one of the best hotels I've stayed at in my Japan trips. It's so spacious, there's divided trash cans in room, a walk in shower, a comfortable big bed, laundry machines in room. It was stylish and all appliances were new. The staff was extremely helpful and all interactions were pleasant."

"I love how the apartment space was furnished with all the things I needed in one private space. Easy check-in, my first stay that has separated trash bins ( i go grocery shopping for my meals, lots of trash) and a private washer/dryer 👍👍. The overall space was very comfortable and simple."

"The location is close to the subway and JR train, an near a supermarket. We stayed for 5 nights and someone came to clean the bathrooms and living room area mid-way through our stay which was fantastic. But best of all, the owner Mamo-san was exceptional. My brother’s baby who was traveling with us assisted them to the clinic and even finding medicine. Even after we checked out and found we left something, he was willing to have it shipped to us. He went above and beyond. I was going to give a perfect score just for the place itself but if i could give more for the service, I would!"

"本当に快適に過ごせました。 2歳の子供と大人５人で行ったのですが、 家が広々して子供も走り回って楽しんでくれてました リビングではYouTubeなどが見れるので、 それを見たり、追いかけっこしたり楽しかったです キッチンもあるので料理もできるし、 洗濯乾燥機もついてるので夜洗って朝には完了してたので何不自由なく過ごせました 夜は屋上があるので星を見たりジャグジーを楽しんだり最高の時間を過ごせました また行きたいです"

"Unable to find building as no English sign on. No heat throughout in Tokyo temperature of 10 C. Telephone provided was not available in Tokyo. Email link was invalid to be used. Unable to look for help except the owner was able to send me warning on how and when to check out that room. No washing machine as shown on advertisement was found. I have to cancel my booking in 2 weeks with them"
