"We stayed in the large room (3 bunk beds) which was lovely for our family. Two full bathrooms was a plus. My kids loved all the manga but be aware most of it is in Japanese. We didn't have any need to communicate with staff during our stay so cannot speak to accessibility. There is no front desk staff but you can communicate with someone via tablet. Check in was fairly straightforward but take note of which Manga Art Hotel location you are booked for and don't make the mistake I made thinking there's only one as you may end up at the wrong location."
