"The pool and indoor onsen, with the view of the yufuin valley, were awesome. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and stylish. The mattresses were comfy. Check in was easy. The place was ready for us when we entered."
"They gave us 2 pillows and 2 towels total for our stay which was inadequate. It didn't seem that easy to ask for more, so we managed."
"We loved our stay at Terra Yufuin. The property is stunning. The patio looks out over a valley that includes the town of Yufuin. We spent new years eve relaxing in the pool, taking in the sights and having a wonderful nabe dinner. The house had all that we needed for meals. We had a small issue with the pool not being filled but owners immediately responded and sent staff to fix the issue. The owners were also very helpful in arranging transportation for us since we didn't have a car. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience Yufuin but have some privacy away from the town center."

"The place was beyond expected. Everything is even looks nicer in reality. The facilities inside the place is all in high quality ex. Dyson hair dryer, sensor lightning, smart TV, balmuda kitchen equipment, very comfortable blankets and pillows and of course, the private onsens both indoor and outdoor. The place is spacious like you're living in a house and very clean. I went there on new year and the staff is still very responsive even it was quite late in the night. Also, unfortunately, I forgot my glasses and the TERRA staff go all the way to find a way sending it to me in time before I'm going back to my country. Thank you so much TERRA Yufuin and I hope I'll have the chance to go back there again."
"If you didn't drive, you should go to the place by taxi instead of walking since the road is quite steep. But you can also email the TERRA staff and they will reserve a taxi for you when you're checking out. believe me, it is worth it!"

"No breakfast provided but the villa offers a lot of cooking equipment. Self check in and it's very quickly and simple. The equipment and washing machine are very clean and well. It's very spacious！ The view of the terrace is refreshed and relaxed. The onsen is awesome！ The bath is big enough for 3 kids to stay in. Everything is fine to our family and we all enjoyed the stay in Terra villa."
"Maybe can provide more detail about the check-in, like the key box need to push the password and the front door has two keyholes to open. The upper bed is too close to the lower bunk！ It makes pressure and one child bumped into the upper bed when he got up. There is no sink to wash in the 2nd floor restroom."
"Amazing modern spacious apartment. Loved the bathroom onsen and balcony pool. The mountain views are stunning. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to konbini too. Felt like a 5 star resort. The only thing was not being able to turn off the hallway lights at night was bright while sleeping but that's minor. Overall loved our time at Terra Pool house."

"This home amazed us with its SmartHome system with Modern Japanese concept. We would easily like to stay indoors lazing around relaxing from busy life, unfortunately we have sightseeing to do. The smart heating system was awesome. Setup the temp and on Auto, it warms up the area and the floor heating. Lighting adjustment with dimmers are good as well. Convenient self check-in with no hassle and cool entry with the card unlock, after coming in, autolock with a push of a button on the left wall."

"We drove from Tokyo, which took about an hour. It’s roughly an 18-minute drive to Hayama Port, and there are many restaurants along the way. The accommodation is located right in front of a dock and offers a beautiful sunset view. The roads around the area are narrow, but luckily we did our research beforehand and rented a compact car."
"Stylish property with good location, best if you come by car. Great for bird watching! Very picturesque view of Mt. Fuji and the sea in the dining / living room, jacuzzi bath, shower and toilet too! The decently sized pool, patio with a large table and BBQ grill is great for outdoor parties. Dyson hair dryers in the upper and lower powder rooms. Washing machine comes with laundry detergent! Plentiful amenities, snacks and drinks too! Fully equipped indoor kitchen."
