"The price shown in the app and website was not what I paid. It also didn't specify that final price was for each night. I paid more per night compared to what was agreed to before. I also had to wait 45 minutes for the room be prepared due to occupants being in the room. I would recommend that booking.com fix this issue with the owner because I will never recommend that place to anyone."

"This beautifully designed hotel is in a fantastically located gated community a bit north of Watamu center. The decor is absolutely stunning and we fell in love with the owner Gabriella who made us feel at home and helped with everything we needed. We were DELIGHTED to have a lovely air-conditioned room (Watamu is HOT!), LOVELY enormous outdoor porch with comfortable couches, yummy cosmetics, FANTASTIC lighting in the bathroom (first time I was able to see myself in the mirror in Kenya), LOTS of towels without having to beg for them, special towels to take to the beach, USB chargers in the room (fantastic thoughtful detail!) and so much more. The chef is great and cooks with love! The beach is stunning and it is a short lovely walk through a gorgeous flower lined path to get there. PLUS-there are beach beds with a guard-great if you want to swim and need to leave your things on the beach without worrying."
