"Everything was very clean and well equipped if you are someone that is staying for a while and you would like to have a home feel and would like to cook for yourself. You will definitely love the AMATA residence. I would highly recommend this place. It is great value for your money. The Wi-Fi worked well. Air conditioning worked very well and the view was amazing. The staff was nothing short of a tentative kind and well mannered. When I come back to Cambodia, I will definitely be staying there. Also they have their own which they will take you around wherever you need to go."

"The location is great for us when we go to Phnom Penh. Short tuk tuk ride to the mall and great shopping. It’s a quiet neighbourhood and we always feel safe. The staff are incredible and always there to help. It just feels like home for us."

"We rented a one bedroom apartment. Facilities are at it best with pool and sauna. Hopefully next time they can have a restaurant within the hotel. All the receptionist were friendly, accomodating and very helpful."

"The flat is really big and has everything you could need, including an ironing board, a washing machine, Netflix, and many other features I didn’t have time to explore. The staff are very helpful, and the pool and gym are nice and clean. It takes about 30–40 minutes to reach the airport and 15–20 minutes to get to the downtown area."

"Perfect if you want real privacy. They say the mattress is hard, but I like it. You have to keep in mind that it depends on each person; they have their own tastes and needs. The owner is friendly and direct. Do you want the place to be central? But the owners are fake."

"Important Note! The Phnom Penh airport changed locations in October last year, so this is now about 40 min - 1 hr away from the airport. This is such a wonderful hostel run by truly wonderful people. I was very comfortable in my private room, the bed was so cozy and there was a TV, air conditioning, a mini fridge, small toiletries and a clothing rack. There is so much love and care put into this place and I truly felt like the owners cared about me having a good experience. They even made sure I woke up on time in the morning for my flight! I would stay again if I came back. It's not right in the middle of the city center, but the hospitality makes it so worth it."
