Classy Hotel & Spa

"The hotels location was an easy walk from the center of town and close to many local and international restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. My friends had a couple of problems with their room but not enough to impact their stay. initially we were given rooms without balconys but when mentioned we were immediately moved."

"I booked a balcony room and it was quite large with a very modern bathroom. Location wise - it’s right across from the bridge that goes to the old town so it was very walkable. The hotel had the most well equipped gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel and the pool area was very relaxing with a lot of shaded areas available as well as pool side service. The buffet breakfast was very extensive and I appreciated the omelette and noodle soup station. The staff were lovely and always willing to assist."

"The wifi in my room was intermittent which may be a hotel issue or a Battambang issue. Regardless, the staff did provide me with a booster that helped."

"The ambience of the hotel is wonderful, and the location is excellent. One can easily walk to many places from there. The night market just outside is really fun. The breakfast is exceptional, and the roof restaurant is lovely."

"The elevator doors close extremely quickly, so quite often they started to close as we walked into them, which wasn't very comfortable. I would have liked a little more communication from the front desk staff."
