"Seyna Residence was the perfect choice for our family trip to Siem Reap. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with premium linens and very comfortable beds. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, a highlight for both adults and kids. Breakfast was served from a menu, and every dish was tasty and satisfying. The Wi-Fi speed was excellent, which made planning our daily activities easy. Staying here with three rooms gave us the perfect balance of comfort, relaxation, and great service."

"We had a wonderful family stay at Seyna Residence in Siem Reap. The rooms were impressively spacious, with premium-quality beds and linens that made our nights very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always attentive and helpful. The swimming pool was sparkling clean and perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. "Amazing space with the kindest staff. We were greeted with fruit and they refused to let us pay for coffee one day, after serving it with treats by the pool. We got a spacious a/c room where we also got the best Khmer massages. The building is in a quiet area just a 5 minute ride from the city center and right next to Phare circus. They’re a new property yet as a guest it felt like they were doing everything right. We hope to come back someday!"

"Comfortable, spacious and quiet rooms. Deep pool with total shade after 12pm, and friendly staff. Chet was especially talkative and made me feel very welcome."
"The breakfast could be improved. There are no nearby breakfast places so alternatively one needs to go to town to get breakfast. Unfortunately you can hear a lot of traffic noise at the pool from the big road."

"What an amazing room we had. Plus the owner and her manager Savuth were extremely helpful. The owner kept giving us fresh food from her garden, we almost needed another Tukk Tukk. Our room was amazing and the pool such a welcome site after a hot trek through Temples. Davuth was a wealth of info. Use him to book your tours."

"Perfect if you want real privacy. They say the mattress is hard, but I like it. You have to keep in mind that it depends on each person; they have their own tastes and needs. The owner is friendly and direct. Do you want the place to be central? But the owners are fake."

"After some correspondence nitial difficulty in getting the correct location/address, things worked out and checking was easy enough. The location was great only a short walk to Aeon mall, short ride to the night markets and river aide. Walking distance to awesome Bassac Lane. The owner Lily is absolutely lovely and happy to assist with what you need to be comfortable. Only downside was the mattress albeit comfortable was uneven and felt lumpy, but comfortable enough I could still get a good night's sleep. All in all I would recommend Lily's House to any travellers going to Phnom Penh."
